		<description>Yes, I discovered how easy that is awhile back.  But my family always makes me open a can of the Ocean Spray jelly (The kind that comes out of the can in a can-shaped roll which you then slice.)  This year I forgot about it though.  

You can also do the same basic thing except substitute orange juice for half the water.  And you can also add cinnamon for a little spicy flair. 

Apparently Ken has a recipe for a cranberry pear ginger sauce that is really good.  I never remember that until Thanksgiving morning though, when it's too late.</description>

For those who don't know -- buy a bag of fresh cranberries (every grocery store has them in the produce section thsi time of year).  Dump them into a saucepan with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water.  Boil for about five minutes, stirring, until the cranberries pop and it looks like sauce.  YUM!</description>
