Scott will be so jealous when he hears you went to Anita’s. We pride ourselves on having discovered that restaurant and having helped them get on their feet by eating there as frequently as our miniscule income allowed. They were walking distance, you know, when we lived on Nevada Street. So we ended up there frequently, with little Chris holding court in a high chair. The waiters had such a jolly attitude toward babies and would all come around and kind of “goochy-goochy-goo” in Spanish to him and admire his fat little cheeks.
