- tried to install windows media player for 20 minutes. FAIL. #

- on phone with applecare, soooooo nice #
- they say it’s probably power supply, fully covered by applecare, nice tech support guy even made me an appt at local store #
- after dealing with a LOT of crappy cust. serv. lately, that was most refreshing! #
- even the voicemail system was less annoying than most #
